TYPES OF CEREMONIES:

CHRISTIAN CEREMONIES

This Ceremony is very nice performed by a Christian Non Denominational Minister, with readings from the Bible, He talks about becoming one, marriage, family, the importance of God’s wisdom in our lives. You can write your own vows this is optional. No certificate or official document of any kind is handed. No papers needed. Ceremony lasts approximately 35 minutes.

COSMIC CEREMONY

It is a ritual of love. With no other commitment than to unite each other for love. This ceremony takes place in a circle formed by friends and family, who throw them flowers and play conch shells. Flowers in different colors are used, White (north), red (east), Yellow (south), Violet (west). all guests come to the center one by one to offer a poem, song or words to the couple. Soft music can be played during the ceremony. The couple exchange vows and rings. The group gives thanks to all directions and with kisses, hugs and applause finish the ceremony. Lasts 45 minutes. Music is optional at additional fee.

SYMBOLIC CEREMONY
A lovely ceremony is personalized and emotive, done with love and care, based on the love of the couple and what keeps them together, marriage, friendship and the importance of the union are mentioned.
Information needed: full names or bride and groom, parents, children, witnesses, nationality and ages.
Some personal information on how many years you have been together, professions, hobbies you enjoy together, and any information that can help make your ceremony personal and unique. A non legal certificate of your union is handed where you and your witnesses sign and take home to remember this special day. English spoken, no translator needed. No documents required. Approximate duration of ceremony 40 minutes.

THE CEREMONY OF THE ROSE

In this Ceremony the Rose is the center and the symbol of the union.
The first way to perform this ceremony is when the bride gives roses to the groom and vice versa.

The second way will be when the bride and groom receive one rose from each parent or any other relative of friend that you choose, as a symbol of how love needs care, patience, time and overall needs to be watered every day. The Bride and groom proceed to give a different color rose to their own parents as a symbol of gratitude for teaching them to be a Woman and a Man of values that they will pass on to their own children. The rest of the guests form a circle of flowers on the sand surrounding the married couple.

The meaning of the rose is equivalent to healing words, it’s saying I love you, I’m sorry, I will always be here for you.

CELTIC CEREMONY

This Ceremony has it’s origins in East European countries such as Poland and Hungary.
The most important feature of this ceremony is the way the rings are presented and the binding of hands tying them with ribbons.
The rings must be presented on a special case, river stone, flower cushion, etc. and must be touched by all the guests to receive their blessings and good wishes. Once the bride and groom start saying their vows we start the ribbon ceremony, for each vow each one says a ribbon is placed around their hands symbolizing that since it’s a spiritual ceremony these bonds cannot be broken. You can choose the colors of the ribbons.

This ceremony (if possible) should take place inside a circle made with flowers as a symbol of the union that has no beginning and no end. For this ceremony we recommend to have two delicate white flower crowns for the bride and groom.

CEREMONY FOR RENEWAL OF VOWS, GOLD AND SILVER WEDDING ANNIVERSARIES

These ceremonies talk not about the past, but in what lies ahead for the couple, recognizing all the love, the character, the tenderness, the laughter and the mutual respect that has kept them together until this day. The entire family is involved in this ceremony.

It is important that you give us your children’s and grand children’s names, tell us a story about your life together and what do you think has been the experience that has brought you closer as a couple, and exact number of years you have been married or being together. The lecture varies according to the number of years you have been married and according to the type of symbol each year represents (paper, gold, silver, diamond, etc).
